Delivery and Return

DELIVERY
Naia Istanbul will send you a confirmation email when your order and payment have been received. Your order will be placed on Turkey within the deadline specified on the relevant product page shipped free of charge. The delivery time is 14 business days for products prepared specially for the order. For pre-ordered products, the date specified on the product page as the delivery time is the date of shipment to and it may take 2 to 4 business days from this date to reach you.

Your cargo tracking number will be notified to you via SMS when your package is on the way, and it can also be made from the cargo tracking system related to the tracking number notified to you. For the Yurtiçi Kargo tracking page You can reach the tracking page by clicking here .

Orders placed from abroad will be delivered between 2 and 14 business days, and our international shipping fee is stated on the payment page... Taxes that may occur in international shipments are the responsibility of our customers.

Same day delivery in Istanbul is available for products in the 'NAIA NOW' category, with an extra charge for orders placed before 15:00 from Monday to Friday and before 12:00 on Saturday. Products purchased with the 'Same day delivery within Istanbul' option on national holidays and public holidays will be delivered on the first business day following the holiday.

EXCHANGE / RETURN ACCEPTANCE TERMS AND DURATION FOR ONLINE ORDERS

For your exchange and return requests regarding your online orders received from domestic within14 days from the date of delivery of the products to you, youcan contact us within 14 days, with the shipping fee paid by you, at Meşrutiyet Mah. Ebe Kızı Sk. Blok: A No:16/40 Floor: -3 Apartment: 67 34363 Şişli / Istanbul is accepted.

Your exchange and return requests for your online orders placed from abroadcan only be accepted if the products are delivered to us within the 14-day legal period with the shipping fee paid. For products that you think are faulty or defective, NAIA must be notified in writing within 2 days from the date of delivery of the cargo to you.

You can send us your requests for Exchanges and Refunds by filling out the Exchange / Return Form sent with your order in fully.

In urgent and extraordinary cases, you can get information by sending an e-mail to customercare@naiaistanbul.com.

We would like to remind you that the shipping for the products you want to return or exchange is your responsibility until the products reach NAIA. The products requested to be returned or exchanged must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, without defects and with the original package / accessories. It will be assumed that the products with the product protection tape or product label removed are used and the right of withdrawal has been waived, so it will not be possible to accept the exchange and return. However, for orders specially prepared at the request of our customers, return and exchange cannot be made. 

Exchange / return shipment fees related to your international orders belong to the buyer. In order for us to realize your related exchange requests, we would like to remind you that the products must be delivered to us within the 14-day legal period with return shipping and overseas customs fees paid. The shipping fees for the exchange product to be sent later will be collected with the payment link to be sent to you.

Your exchange will be completed by shipping your new product to you as soon as possible after we receive your cargo with the Exchange / Return Form. When we receive your return cargo, after examining the condition of the product, the Exchange / Return Form has been completed and the refund of the order price of all justified requests will be completed within 10 business days. In cases where your return request is not approved, our team will contact you with a detailed e-mail. 

 

EXCHANGE / RETURN TERMS FOR TRENDYOL ORDERS

We would like to remind you that we cannot make changes for your orders from Trendyol.com in accordance with the rules of the brokerage company, and refunds can only be made through Trendyol.

 

CHANGE / RETURN TERMS FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM SHOWROOM

You have the right of return and exchange within 7 business days for products purchased by trying on from the showroom. You can send your exchange request to us at customercare@naiaistanbul.com.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED

You can send us your cancellation requests regarding the orders you have placed on our website, which have been paid but not yet delivered, at customercare@naiaistanbul.com.
